DBT

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) can help reduce impulsive or destructive behaviors, regain control of your emotions, become more effective with others and handle crisis and distress better. Reach for a balanced life today!

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) was developed by Dr. Marsha Linehan. DBT is a well researched and comprehensive evidence based treatment approach that combines western psychology with eastern mindfulness designed to help people who have difficulty in regulating their emotions and tolerating distress in their lives. This treatment approach provides the skills necessary to help clients become more aware of their vulnerabilities, unhealthy behaviors, and harmful ways of thinking.
